The Platform
One infrastructure. Three layers. One record.
A bond is a promise about the future of a physical thing. The infrastructure exists to make that promise checkable.
Layer one — the standard
T.R.E.S. — the Tomorrow Real Estate Standard.
It defines a Parametric Asset before it exists: the structural system, the material provenance, the maintenance schedule, the retrofit path, and the evidence each stage must produce.
It converts "we will build it well" into a specification that can be audited — by a lender, a rating agency, or a buyer ten years from now.
- Structural system and tolerance bands
- Material and supplier provenance
- Maintenance and retrofit schedule, priced at origination
- Evidence requirements at every gate
- Digital Birth Certificate at completion
Layer two — the execution
Orchestrated in parallel using our live telemetry.
Construction is where the financial model meets physics. The model replaces the sequential, labour-dependent approach with an orchestrated one: robotic partners, parallel workflows, and a digital twin that stays synchronised with the field.
- Completion scheduled by the workflow, not by labour availability
- Variance held inside a band, not absorbed as contingency
- Every material batch and structural joint logged as it is placed
- Carry falls with the schedule, not with the lender's patience
Layer three — the trust layer
The record that capital can read.
This is the part that makes the rest financeable. It turns construction and operation into evidence, in the formats the capital markets already use.
- Asset-level data, mapped to the fields a 144A buyer and a rating agency diligence.
- Rating-agency diligence — the physical basis for the loss-given-default assumptions the market will test.
- Originator sensitivity — pricing that reflects the asset, not the sector average.
- Continuous telemetry — the record does not stop at issuance.
The instrument
HBS security bonds.
A security bond is a securitized note backed by the asset's cash flow and the telemetry record behind it. Homnox-Backed Securitization is how that record becomes one. The pool is structured in the commercial mortgage asset classes institutional buyers already underwrite; the difference is the provenance of the data behind it.
We do not ask a bond buyer to believe a projection. We hand them a record.
- Real-world evidence at the asset level, not a statistical proxy
- Continuous telemetry through the life of the bond
- Qualified institutional buyers as the distribution channel
- Hard Asset Low Obsolescence as the demand thesis
Nothing on this page is an offer of securities. Any issuance is made only to qualified institutional buyers, under available exemptions, through definitive documentation.
Enforcement
Participation is the gate.
The ecosystem is not a directory of partners. It is a set of obligations that make the record possible. A developer who adopts the standard and the execution process can access the Credit Pool and the refinancing cycle. A contractor who cannot execute inside the band does not enter the Program. A supplier who cannot evidence provenance does not enter the asset.
That is what makes the evidence worth something: it is produced by parties with capital at stake in it being true.
